Hi Carol – just a note to let you know how much I appreciate the customer service of Welsch Heating and Cooling – didn’t know how to email your husband, so I thought I would let you know.
Yesterday – Sunday – my heater quit (it is not quite 1 year old). I called your answering service and received a return call within 15 minutes. David walked me through all the possible fixes and then had me restart the heater. It popped right on. He then said that he wanted someone to look at the unit to make sure all was well. I received a phone call from your company at 8am today telling me to expect a service tech before noon! He came at 8:30, checked everything out – cleaned the fuel ” igniter thingy” and said that it should be fine. He was out of here in 45 minutes! Very nice man.
I love the Bryant system that you all installed last year and I love your customer service!

Welsch Heating and Cooling Company provided me with excellent and timely service for my furnace repair on 10-23-14. The furnace was not working properly and with the cold months approaching, I knew I needed to have quality service to have our furnace up and running again. Mr. Rick Turlin provided me with excellent service. He answered all of my questions and the repairs were made very swiftly. Our furnace is now running smoothly and I could not have asked for more quality professionals who provided great service.
From the moment we requested an estimate of our needs and the costs, we were satisfied. The technicians were friendly, competent and cleaned up…there was no mess. They worked in a timely fashion and we were able to carry on our regular routines without hampering their work.
Beginning with the initial contact I felt comfortable with the completeness of information given and the professionalism during bidding and installation. Installers were respectful and willing to answer any questions. This first experience along with the recommendations received from friends assure me this is a company I know I can trust to give me continued service.

Very fast installation
Our gas furnace replacement was completed in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned up and working in about half the time I expected.

I just wanted to tell you what a great experience it was to work with your company when they recently installed our new furnace and air conditioner. The guys and the office were terrific and we couldn’t be happier with the work and the performance of the new system (our old one was 23 years old give or take). You’ve created a great team there. We have been using Welsch for over 20 years and have been impressed with every aspect of their service and products. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help. We always highly recommend them to our friends.
By the way, Welsh just installed a new system (furnace and a/c) in my father’s town house in Eureka. His a/c went out during the height of the August heat wave. Denny Turlin was our sales rep. As always, we got great service from Denny and your company!

I was extremely impressed with the technician. He came and looked at my unit to see what they can do to make it work more efficiently. He also told me exactly when he was coming and he was fair in pricing. Very professional. I really appreciated him. I commend the servicemen from Washington Missouri . He did a detailed excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone!
Salesman professional and personable. Installers on time and careful to not dirty up house. New A/C works great.
